Delivery policy
BUTTNER offers fast and reliable delivery for all its skis. All orders are shipped directly from our warehouse in France.
Return & Exchange Policy
You have 14 days to change your mind. This is your right of withdrawal. You must then return the skis to us in their original packaging (at your expense). Upon receipt of the skis, we will process your refund.
